Led matrix(6x2) on breadboard using shift register ,decade counter

Hey guys if anyone can help me , I will appreciate. I want to make a led matrix(6x2) and i want display just this simple this simple
codes (image for me).100001
001100

and here are my codes , but nothing happen, I mention that i don’t have problem of circuit but may be in my codes.

Without a schematic the code means nothing. Can you post what you have in the way of hardware.
