Hi,i have these two led matrix from an old scroll text
i have only that two,im want use with arduino,but im not know how connect and not know no more,is possible for you help me ??
im want use that for scroll one text or other with arduino,for example a count down,cronomether,or hour ...
in alternative,if im press one push button,start a time,if im press another button stop time and if im press another button it release...
im read on the chip it is an sm74hc245d
im not know more.

That IC number seems to be the communications buffer. Are there other IC numbers on the display? It is likely that these will be 595 ICs.
The display also seems similar to this one 湖北襄阳P10半户外单白LED显示屏单元板_单色LED显示屏（模组）_维库电子市场网. Most of the references that come up for the display are Chinese
hi,im not know more of these led matrix,this is a present of my friend,he disassemble an scroll text but he is crazy,and only but he want look inside,but after it demage the parts of plastic and "save" these two,it place thise on room and after one year it want cestine that or prensent to me,im happy for these,but it not remember the model or other of scroll text...
im read on pcb is writted 74HC595 on the all matrix led( 16 for any pieces) not have writted nothing,
on the 16 pin connector aren't writted the pin of connect to arduino ??

Begin by looking at the datasheet for the 74HC595 here http://www.nxp.com/documents/data_sheet/74HC_HCT595.pdf. Look closely at the board to see which pins are connected to the connector for you to use.
These displays usually have several of these serial-input shift registers connected so you can load in a row of data, (multiples of 8 bits at a time), and light just one row of LEDs with that data. Then you need to load the next row and light it. By lighting each row in sequence, too quickly for the eye to see the flicker, you can give the illusion of having all the LEDs for a piece of text lit at once, even though they are really lit one row at a time.
is a same system od digital 7 segment clock....??
Yes. Digital clock lights one digit at a time, a scrolling text display lights one row at a time.
