LED Matrix - Tri Color

I just bought LED Matrix from sparkfun.
This is the datasheet that come with it http://www.sparkfun.com/datasheets/Components/YSM-2388CRGBC.pdf
How do I connect them ?? I am really bad at reading the diagram T-T
For pin 26, should I connect to +VCC or to ground ??

This pin is connected to the cathode (long bar on the diode symbol) so ultimately this must go to ground. However it will probably go to ground through a current sinking chip or transistor. If you just want to see some LEDs light up. Take a 470R resistor and connect it to +5. Then put the other end to an anode, say pin 1 and a ground wire to pin26, then the red corner dot should light up.
