so I Have some LEDs That came from an Exit Sign I think and I Have tried Connecting them to My Arduino board but don’t seem to work they have built in resistors and capacitors.
I added an adapter to one and pluged in into a light socket and worked fine. i am wondering if the arduino just doesn’t give much voltage
The Arduino outputs are capable of 5V at 30 milliAmps (0.030 Amps). What power supply are these things designed for?
My guess is they are for 12V
Just Found out they are Exit sign LEDs I Believe? they are Called Astra Lite 2000. But I would Still like to know if I can Do anything to use these with my Arduino board. Voltage Not Specified

So that seems to suggest it is mains. You need to add a SSR to the arduino to switch mains.
I just came across some of these in the U.S. Some of them have a label that says they are for “120VAC”.
The LEDs I have glow green.
