LED pulse, then interval then again pulse and so on

Hi there!

Can someone please help me write up a code for the following paradigm?

A single red LED would blink 5 times at an interval of 200ms for 1 sec.
Then it will remain off for 1 min.
Again the blink will start.
Then the 'off' interval for 1 min.
This should happen for 10 times.

What have you done so far ?

Can you make an LED turn on/off with a period of 200ms ?
Do you know how to wait for 1 minute ?
Is the program required to do anything else other than flash the LED then wait ?
