I'd like to (very highly) reccomend these LEDs
They are cheap, bright, and high quality. They are visibly brighter than all of my white LEDs
Not sure about the brightness comparison, but at Tayda they're $0.02, $0.007 cheaper than getting 1000 there. Like I said though, I don't know about the brightness of the two, so those ones might be brighter. Still pretty cheap though.

I'd agree. Not at all common to see a 50ma 5mm LED (aside from IR LEDs).
Comparing the "mcd" ratings of these and the Tayda LEDs I'd assume that Tayda is referring to micro candelas while Evil Mad Science is referring to milli candelas.
Yea. These easily output way more than my cheap ones from china/ebay
