- When I touched ONLY the lead of the power supply to the positive commons of all the LEDs, the green LED lights faintly on the defective strip while the other two stay unlit. The negative from the power is NOT connected.
Something is very wrong if you can have the negative side of the power supply unconnected and still get light.
