LED strips and Arduino sensors *URGENT*

Hey,

We are total beginners at arduino and are creating a project using LED strips for an exhibition.

We have these LED strips - Led RGB SMD 5050 strip unboxing + test - YouTube

We want to use some form of sensor to make the multiple LEDs increase in brightness/change color/ both, depending on how much you move, talk, stir water/touch etc, whichever is the simplest.

Somehow make them react to an outside source in short.

Could someone help out with some code, point to a good tutorial or a readymade example - we are of course googling everything but since we don't have alot of knowledge it is hard for us to know how to modify different codes to our needs.

We have our deadline real soon so I was hoping to get some help here if possible,

thanks!

don't know if they are the same but you can check - New Tutorial: Adafruit NeoPixel Überguide « Adafruit Industries – Makers, hackers, artists, designers and engineers! -

providing type numbers (where bought + link) and datasheets (+link) helps us to help you...
