Hello. I am Bishen from Sri Lanka. Can someone help me with this? I am making a program about led patterns that can change patterns with a tv remote.

The closing brace of loop() is in the wrong place. You can clearly see that if you Auto format the sketch in the IDE, as above. Note that the ledonn() function definition does not start on the left margin as it should

As a result you have code outside of a function
