Lego NXT LCD connections: What do they mean?

What do the connections mean in picture 1?

Vcc is positive power.
SDA - the I2C data line
SCK - the I2C clock line
CD - ?? - could be chip disable but I doubt it.
RST (Bar) - Active low reset line
CS0 - Chip select zero

CD = Data/Command select //I think?

also what should I do to find the correct signals for each pin?
Pin = Note // Signal
-----|---------|-------------------
Vcc = 3.3V // Positive Power
SDA = ___ // ?????????
SCK = SqWav// any specific Rate???
CD = ___ // ????????
RST = HIGH // Connected to Vcc (3.3V)
CS0 = ___ // ????????

The UC1610 controller requires very similar external components.

what should I do to find the correct signals for each pin

In order to do what?
It is an I2C device running off 3v3, what do you want to connect it to?
