Leonardo mouse.move()

Does mouse.move() follow any kind of measurement? I was thinking this whole time it was just pixels but it doesn't appear so. Mouse starting at 0x0 pixels on a 1279x1023 screen executing mouse.move(800,600,0); only pushes the mouse to 32x88 pixels.

Also I noticed mouse acceleration or in windows 7 "Enhance pointer position" produces non-consistent output by a few pixels so I turned all that off.

Since this isn't getting any traction I had to figure out a work around for my issue. I guess the Leonardo is too new still.

Anyway, my solution is to feed via serial communication the mouse x,y from a vb.net application. That way the arduino can push the mouse until it reaches the desired x,y without needing to know what kind of measurement the arduino follows.
