Level and quality of forum posts

I have been active in the forum for about a year and am appalled by the decline in personal initiative!

My impression: (almost) everyone buys an Arduino and copies some software from some source and asks the community if it doesn't work right away. And the community generously supports this convenience.

My suggestion: Dealing a little tougher with these comfortable contemporaries who no longer want to learn, but instead use Google as a replacement for their brain.

I will now say goodbye to the forum for a while.

Why, just ignore those posts that aggravate you.

Regular contributors like to get their post count up, responding to these questions increases post count.

Other than that I sympathise with your point. I try to respond to only questions that interest me and are by someone clearly making an effort.

This will always be the way and you simply need to pick posts more worthy of your time as others do.

Totally agree with you people should make an effort. Now I am very new here and I cant even find out how to ‘Post’ my first ‘asking for help’? Are you the one to ask?

So after signing, up writing my problem- where is the BUTTON to post it? Something that is obvious?

How to get the most from the forum.
