I don't know the purpose of the U10 level translator in the Arduino Nicla Voice (see below). The voltage VDDIO_EXT can be changed by software 0.8...3.3V from the power controller U9 BQ25120AYFPR. The translator U10 generates a signal OE for selecting microcircuits U11, U12, but why then do we need a resistor R50?
R50 is not in place, we need to fix the schematics, thanks for spotting it

What do the red crossed lines on the R50 resistor mean? Two scenarios: 1) picture below, 2) picture below below.
P.S. Scenario number 1 is used in Arduino Portenta schematics. And what scenario is used in Arduino Nicla?
The red cross means that it is not mounted on the PCB on production.
Although the pads/space will be there and visible on the real PCB
