Using Arduino Programming Questions

G’day Everyone,

I’ve been trying to find where the documentation for the various libraries is, ie. a listing of the commands or operating instructs when using one.
So far no luck, can someone throw me a rope or hint or two please ??

the various libraries

What are these then?
Some times they are in the library folder itself, sometimes in the form of examples. Other times they are on the arduino web site, a google normally does it.
