Thanks, but, at least for the moment, the relevant library does not show up in the library manager. I wonder whether it has been removed/replaced or this has to do with some connectivity I've experienced over the past 5 hours.

I think the TensorFlow team asked for the library to not be listed in Library Manager. They provide a Getting Started guide here:

Thanks, I think that TinyML for Arduino is still in statu nascendi so that I will postpone any activities in this field.

While this might not answer your question, I suggest you take a look at Edge Impulse who supports TFLite on Nano 33 BLE: Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense - Edge Impulse Documentation. They have a free tier which is often enough to get a hobby project up and running. Personally this was how I got started with ML on microcontrollers, have also partly used it in my Master's Thesis.
