try this library: GitHub - bolderflight/invensense-imu: Arduino and CMake library for communicating with the InvenSense MPU-6500, MPU-9250 and MPU-9255 nine-axis IMUs.

you should be able to create 2 MPU9250 objects where you can specify each MPU9250 address you using,for example:
MPU9250 imu_1(Wire,0x68);
MPU9250 imu_2(Wire,0x69);
