Library Incompatible, is teensy 3.6 support Azure IoT?

Dear all,

I did succesfully transmit data with io-adafruit, but now I need it work with Azure IoT.

I installed libraries for arduino with Azure IoT, but it told me 'Library Incompatible' in Arduino IDE and I can not find it in Visual Studio.

I checked in 'Read Me' of the library dounloaded, It said it support ESP8266, is that means Teensy 3.6 does not support it?
