Library Upload Issue

Trying to upload the RadioHead library to custom library section of Arduino Create, but am getting the following message:

LIBRARIES THAT COULD NOT BE IMPORTED:
[] parse library.properties: library.properties not found

I am using the Chrome Extension and have the upgraded plan.
