I tried out the lie detector from 30 arduino projects for evil genius, and it doesnt work well. It sounds the buzzer when the two wires are touched together. But doesnt work properly when attached to the adjacent fingers and the victim lies. I think the galvanic skin response is not enough for arduino to detect. Any one help? I want to make it so badly

Tell the victim to tell a better lie, or maybe a bigger lie.
Seriously, an arduino with the proper wired and calibrated circuit can certainly be made to measure galvanic skin resistance, but there is no such thing as a true lie detector. That is why they can't be used as evidence in court trials. So test your circuit with known high resistant resistors to check for proper electrical responses, but forget the lie part of lie detectors, it's a falicy and is just the use of electrical biometrics in which the 'trained operator' attempts to interrupt the readings as he sees fit.
The 60 mins television show did a show in the 80s of scam testing they set up to be used on paid professional lie detector operators using shill victims payed by the show to lie and in all cases the operators came up with the results that the 'paying client' suspected of doing the 'crime', where in each case there was no real crime commited by anyone. The paying client and the victims were all paid actors just to see how the unknowing operators and their machines would respond to the setup. There is a reason they aren't allowed in court, they can't be proven to be accurate and no way to validate and check for false positives.

I tired 3 times not working, if it worked for you please post the circuit. I need help here. It sounds the buzzer when i hold the GSR sensor wires on different hands which is a proof that circuit can read high resistances, maybe it cant read the difference in conductivities due to noises. do i need a high pass or low pass filtres?
