Lift the bottom of a tank, measure the weight - high temperature!

Hello all! I need some help regarding a project I have been working on... I am totally new to this kind of projects so excuse me if the questions sound silly!

I am trying to use my arduino uno board to lift the bottom of a tank, while measuring the weight of the content. The problem is that the temperature of the bottom may be over 150 oC. Do you have any idea on how to do it?

Regarding the high temperature i was thinking that the electrical parts can be isolated at the top of the tank (in the outside), and maybe the weight could be measured by a strain gauge between the top and the bottom?

P.S. the diameter of the bottom will be approximately 18-20 cm and the weight 15-20kg max.

Thank you very much!

An Arduino board isn't very strong and is likely to get broken if you try to lift 20 Kgs with it. I recommend you get more suitable lift hardware such as a screw jack with a pressure sensor on top and use that to do the lifting. The Arduino might come in handy to control motors to operate the jack, and to read from the pressure sensor.
