Light activated LED

I did follow an youtube video - which turns led on when photorestistor is blocked (dark)

But I want the opposite i.e. turn LED when there is more light. Can you suggest modifications to the above circuit

Hello and take a look [here  ](Transistor as a Switch Using LDR as a Switch Using LDR A light-dependent,resistance increases%3B however in light%2C its resistance decreases.)

This is my current working scenario...so not what i am looking for

We can't see your code or your schematic

Post your code, in code tags, with your best attempt and you might even get someone just to write the fix for you.

Did you have read it complete ?
Or you would like to do this job by an Arduino ?

You didn't show a schematic, but it looks like your circuit doesn't match the example schematic. (Your LED is on the ground-side.)

But... Swapping the 10K resistor and LDR will "reverse the logic".

Assume LED is connected from emitter to Ground. Tried to draw using blue

No arduino

Swapping the 10K resistor and LDR will "reverse the logic".

I did try - 2k resistor from positive to ground , and photoresistor from Ground to positive...Didn't work

Fixed.

Removed Resistor for LED!

5v to photoresistor, ground to 2k resistor and transistor

So now ground is flowing to emitter!!

[I think 100 ohm resistor was the cause for my initial try]

thanks all
