Yah it will need some rewiring, but for my project, if any of you have ever opened an led bulb, there is a driver circuit(which rectify the voltage and steps it down) , then two wires (carrying a dc voltage) connected to the led array, now from the two wires heading to the two arrays is where am going to connect my mosfet. Am going to use a mosfet because the led bulbs require a high voltage and current than that which the arduino can provide, for every one the arduino will send 5v to the mosfet's gate , this will close the circuit and voltage will flow through the circuit and the led will be on, for every zero it will be zero volts at the mosfet gate so the circuit won't be closed so the bulb will be off.
