Hi I'm looking at using HID on my Simblee so I'm wondering if there are any lightweight HID libraries for Simblee BLE I only want keyboard and mouse in the HID concept. If I have to I'll do just Keyboard if that's all I can do.

I can imagine that you know what a Simblee is. I can't imagine why you think everyone else should.
