Lilygo T-Echo with GxEDP2 library example

Hello everyone,
I'm not a development expert.
I can get my T-Echo to work with the GxEPD library, but I have screen refresh problems. According to my research, the solution would be to use the library GxEPD2.

I'm looking for a "Hello World" program suitable for the T-Echo, because so far my tests have yielded nothing.
