I have a LilyPad Arduino Main Board,and use win10.
I choose the right boad and serial port,and run the blink project
but it shows the follow message
avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00
how can help me 
Try choosing on the menu Tools, Board, Uno.
