Lilytiny and non-standart power-source

Hi folks.

I'm not very good in electronics, so I'll be very grateful, if you answer my question.

I want to use LilyTiny (Index of /) with non-Arduino components, which require AAA batteries or similar voltage power-source. Can this microcontroller stand the voltage?

Looks like it would be fine with 2 battery or 3 battery packs. (3V or 4.5V)
