Limit detection area for d6t-44l-06

How can you configure D6T-44L-06 sensor to detect radiation to only a 1 meter distance?

I give up. What do you see in the data sheet that I missed?

The D6T-44L-06 is a 16 pixel thermal imaging camera, and it averages temperatures over each pixel in its field of view. You will need to use image processing concepts to detect whatever it is you need to detect. The data sheet has helpful information.
