According to the logic the program is correct but the bot is not running.
The program has been verified and completely debugged. sometimes the error appears seriall.begin(9600)

Well, your post is unbelievably vague, so I'll take it exactly as you have written it...
seriall.begin(9600)
- Its "Serial" with a capital 'S' and only one 'l'
- you are missing a semicolon at the end
If this doesn't help you as I suspect it won't, then try editing your post so we don't have to literally assume 99% of what your problem is...
