Would anyone happen to know how to print each individual step in a moving linear actuator? Any help would be appreciated.

Most linear actuators are driven by brushed DC motors, and do not execute steps. Some of those have position sensors (potentiometers), which you can read out with an Arduino.

The data sheet explains the options.
Since you appear to have the RC servo version of the actuator, it is not possible to monitor the position, only to command it to move to a desired position (as with most hobby servos).
