BT should be inverted from what i see, and RS BT timing is inverted;
BT, normally high, go LOW, and then RS, normally LOW, go HIGH.
BUT.
A problem i see with many people is they dont properly cover the sensor, it is SUPER sensible and you need multiple layer of electric tape AND dark room. use a laser to try light up only a bunch of pixels. (it will work trough the tape)
