can you tell me why there needs to be an enable pin?
is it normally anabled and when its connected and high disabled?
So you can turn the regulator off (standby), if needed.
From the AliExpress page:
"Enable control:Yes, high level of work, low to stop working, high level of 2-5V, low level of 0V or so. The default interior is pulled up to the input positive."
