LiPo 1024mAh minimum capacity

Hi all,

does anyone understand why the Tech Specs ask for a minimum capacity when using a LiPo?

I would understand a requirement for a minimum discharge and charge current that the LiPo needs to support. I plan to use a smaller one, while not exceeding 1C at peak consumption.
