Lipo battery as voltage provider while deplugging micro-usb cable between PC and MKR Zero?

Hi guys,

my situation:
I want to read audio data from my sensor (via I2S Bus) and store it in the micro-sd card. But i can not keep the communication between PC and MKR Zero up because my system (on which I want to measure sound) is moving quickly.
Therefore my question:
Is following possible?: Lipo Battery plugged in the MKR Zero as voltage provider. Micro-usb cable between PC and MKR Zero is also plugged in. Uploading sketch to read audio data and store it in micro-sd card. Sketch uploaded. Deplug cable connection between PC and MKR Zero. --> Now: Is the sketch still running and capturing audio without interruption or error??

Best regards,
Jojo

Hi, you can use the battery connected to JST connector or power supplied through Vin to provide power for your MKR Zero board.
