Lipo battery chargers

I'm wondering about this module.

It has an in and an out where I assume in is from a solar panel or some other source. Alternatively in could also be used from a regulated micro USB source.

Then out is presumably to the battery but I'm wondering could I also use out to feed my Arduino?

A specification would be a lot more use than just a picture. But generally battery chargers do not work as power supplies, their characteristics are completely different.

OK the description on Amazon is simply:

"5V Mini USB 1A Lithium Battery Charging Board Charger Module"

It is not a power supply it is a charger which takes 5V input from USB. The output charges a single Li-ion/Lipo battery to a maximum of 4.2V.

If you have a USB cable it will be much better to ignore that charger module and simply power the Arduino direct from the USB cable.

Well I was planning on using a solar panel to charge the lipo and run it autonomously
