Lipo charger switch

Hello Arduinoforum members,

I have a lipo battery charger which I want to be able to switch the outputs from.
The charger has 4 connection terminals, each consisting of 9 outputs (7 balancing ports and 2 charging ports) which need to be redirected (with a relay possibly). So I have a total of 36 different connections/cables I need to redirect.

Each cable has 2 possible connections, for example battery 1 and battery 2. I want the Arduino to switch between these (all 36 at once). Before switching the Arduino needs to cut the power to the charger, after switching the power needs to be switched on again.

The switching moment needs to be able to be controlled in 2 ways. 1 via a HMI in the form of a 4D systems uLCD-43, 2 via another Arduino wireles.

The question is:
What is needed (which Arduino and addon boards) in order to do this?
I'm completly new to Arduino, I however do know Java and VB so programming should be no problem with the resources I can find online. Hardware is now my biggest issue...

Don't.

Buy a second one.

Easily sorted, with the least expense and risk.
