LiPo Charging Module for Higher Voltage

I'm essentially trying to create a portable rechargeable fan, I have the following components:

3s 2200mAh LiPo battery

2200 kv brushless motor & ESC

I have everything tested and working (right now I have it connected to a potentiometer and Arduino for speed control), but I'd like to make this device compact and add a charging module inside the electronics housing (something like this USB LiIon/LiPoly charger [v1.2] : ID 259 : $12.50 : Adafruit Industries, Unique & fun DIY electronics and kits) . However, I'm incredibly confused with how these things work. It looks like all of these modules are for single 3.7V cells, and I can't find anything for a higher voltage. I did find some multicell chargers, but my battery is packaged as a single cell so I don't know how I could practically connect that. I definitely think I'm missing some very basic theory here, but haven't been able to find any practical applications as a resource for this particular problem (everything I'm finding is for single cell applications).
Thanks for your help!

Hi,
Google

3s lipo charger pcb

I think that will bring up a PCB that will properly charge your 3s battery pack.

Not if it has three LiPos in series. It will provide the connections between the cells, so at least four connections in total.

Hi,

If that is your Lipo, then the mutli-pinned white plug is for battery management.
It also comes with a battery management box, can't you put that in the with the Lipo and have a plug/socket to connect the plugpack when you need to charge?

So you already have the correct charging module for your battery with the connector I mentioned.

You neither should nor can use a different charging module. My only concern is whether it is appropriate to leave the charging module connected while not charging - whether it might actually slowly discharge the battery. I suppose it should not but you can't be too careful.
