liquid dispenser project using solenoid valve and peristaltic pump

Hello everyone,
we want a method to connect both of solenoid valve (12v) and peristaltic pump(12v) using H bridge on an Arduino uno, to produce a small amount of liquid ranging from 60 microliters to 60 milliliters accurately.

How to connect them synchronously? please provide the proper code if possible.

Do you need to vary the speed of the pump or is ON-OFF with correct timing OK?

H-bridges are used if you must run the motor/pump in two directions.
I’m sure you don’t want a liquid dispenser to suck back as well.

You could use one leg of an H-bridge (motor between bridge and ground).
But a single logic level mosfet might be better (than an L293D or L298).
