I have a schematic and Arduino code for Liquid Filling Machine and now I want to add one extra water pump and flow sensor as well as need changes in the coding, for example: like by selecting between pump 1 and pump 2 which I need to use, so can anyone help me.

For selecting between Pump1 and Pump2 you can use Bluetooth ( Wireless ), if you want it to be wired you can use a button or a keypad.
