I’m looking for a liquid temperature sensor. I would like to measure the temperature of the water in a tea kettle. I manage the system with a Arduino uno board. Do you know the type of sensor i can use and how to use it ? Maybe a thermocouple or a PT100 sensor ? Do you know where can i buy that ?

DS18B20 the waterproof edition might be a good one.
Goes up to 125C which should be enough for boiling water.
