That lipo has terrible continuous discharge rate, ONLY 2C, really bad for that price. it means u should never pull more than 4A of current from it. But u maybe won't do that any way^^
These zippy lipos holds a nice quality/price and they have them from 1 cell to 10 cells (3.7V to 37V) and from 15C to 40C. The formula for calculating C is "C * mAh = A".
but to answer your question, the manual says "Input Voltage 3.35 -12 V (3.3V versions) or 5 - 12 V (5V versions)" so u should use a 2 or 3 Cell lipo(7.4V or 11.1V).
also u need to know that a lipo if handled wrong can bust into flames. so read about them and get an descent lipo charger!
