Little problem with sending AT command to Quectel UG95

Hello,

I have a problem with my code but I do not know, I communicate with the module 3G click quectel UG95 and my module Arduino UNO to send AT commands, but I do not receive anything, While with my module FTDI (Usb - uart) I have a reply from my module quactel UG95, I made a small program on arduino and I tested it with my module FTDI (usb - uart) and it works normally. I can not get that is my problem you can help me. thank you very much.
