hi,

I use a lm35 sensor using internal analog reference for a better accuracy.

I have to add a second sensor with a dht22 on the same arduino.

Can I use onewire dht22 with internal reference?

of course I can!!!

The DHT11 is not 1-Wire, it has its own protocol. That protocol is with a digital pin, so it does not need something analog.
