I blew up my Arduino Uno's LMV358 IC when I mistakenly put 24V on the VIN pin, can I replace said IC with LM358DR? No issues with this right?
What are the other replacement ICs that you guys know of for this IC?

LNV358 is operational amplifier.
Are you sure?
As far I know, there is no operational amplifier on the Uno board.
There is, see this stackexchange page asking about the said IC: Stackexchange page about the LMV358
It's just used as a comparator. Both are opamps but the LMV part is "rail to rail" which may be needed to make sure the MOSFET fully switches on/off. You may get away with the LM358 but the LMV part was probably specified for a purpose.
