Load cell arduino project

Hello, I'm trying to make a machine capable of weighing pieces of mail on a conveyor belt and sorting to 3 or 4 pockets by weight.

I have 2 old quadient meter machines similar to this iX-9 series mailing and shipping system | Quadient Mail Related Solutions.

I took the load cell and conveyor out of one and am wondering if it can work with a different board. The load cell is a "Tedea-Huntleigh 1033 Load Cell Neopost IS/IM 5000-6000 Dynamic Scale 15KG Cap" similar to the one here Tedea-Huntleigh 1033 Load Cell Neopost IS/IM 5000-6000 Dynamic Scale 15KG Cap | eBay

My knowledge is limited and further education is needed, but I am interested if this load cell is compatible or if I should buy a different one that can work with an Arduino board. Any input is much appreciated, Thank you.

From the picture it looks like a 4-wire full-bridge load cell that should be compatible with a HX711 breakout board and library.

Thanks for the reply. It's a good start for me. I'll order the board and see if I can get it to work.
