Loadcell without shield

Hi everyone! I am currently working on a project to use a load cell to obtain torque from a dynamometer. The torque obtain will be a feedback for the water control system which will be used to determine whether the valve has to be increase flow rate or reduce it.

The pictures of the load cell is attached below. Anyone could kindly advise whether should I buy a shield(HX711 for instance) for this project to work?

Additional question: Does anyone knows whether is it possible for me to use a loadcell to obtain torque from a mini hydraulic dynamometer?

Why do you think pictures convey more technical information about something than a data sheet?

The HX711 is usually are sold on a breakout board, not on a shield.
Get the right version for the type of Arduino you're using.
A 3.3volt Arduino requires a special one, only sold by Sparkfun.
Lots of info on the net about connecting a 4-wire loadcell to a HX711 board.

What's a mini hydraulic dyanometer? Please provide full information (links to datasheets or product pages) for every piece of hardware you mention.
