Loading .hex file on Mini Pro using Arduino IDE

Hi all,

I wanted to upload a .hex file to Mini Pro using serial to USB converter and Arduino IDE ,is this possible? ( I am using Tx , Rx, VCC , GND pin of Mini Pro)
