local help not assessible

I've got the Arduino 1.6.7 up and running but the help menu fails to load with the following message:

Could not open URL

E:\Arduino\reference\www.arduino\en\Guide\Windows.html

I can view that file at that very location on my drive if I open a local file manager and it open fine in my default Browser???

Anyone know how I set the path or whatever to get that to happen. I looked at the preferences.txt file mentioned in the Preferences section but I could not see what parameter could be at fault.

Well, the file Windows.html in my computer is under Arduino>reference>arduino.cc>en>Guide>Windows.html.

You can download the file here, try pasting it to the location. I have IDE version 1.6.5, so if there is any issue, use a lower version and not the latest 1.6.8.

I am using Arduino 1.6.8 and I am not facing any problem. Try waiting for a while for the HTML file to load. Have you installed the IDE or using the non-admin precompiled file?
