logging into Create on two different computers

This is crazy. I have a laptop, and I've been using that to access the online Arduino Editor for writing code for my board. It has been working fine. I just tried to log in on another computer, and it is saying that I have wrong username/pwd. I checked multiple times, and it was right. I even re-set the pwd and tried logging in with that. The new pwd works on my laptop but not on the new computer. What is going on?!

Thanks!

@tdg

There was a new system introduced recently that "might" cause the issue you see.
I have not tested dual sign in for a while so your post is a reminder for me to do so.
Thanks

Thank you. And apologies for not posting to the best spot. Just a little more info. I did try signing out of Create on my laptop before signing in on the other computer. That didn't seem to help. Eagerly awaiting feedback...

Thanks!

UPDATE.

Just tried it between two win7 x64 pro machines and dont have any issues.
What versions of the plugin are you using (please check both machines are using the same version).
Right click the plugin (under windows) and it should tell you the version.

"Agent version 1.1.101-318de37"

The first numbers are the important ones "1.1.101"

Another thing to try is to log out of Arduino on BOTH computers and clear the CACHE on both also.
Then log back into just one and double check the version number.
Then do the same on the second one.

Very occasionally there can be cache issues and although they dont often happen it is always best to rule them out first.

For my purposes and completeness under windows I use CCLEANER the FREE version.
