we have a 5v input from a Push Button Wired to A4 on the OPTA in which it does not recognize the Logic Level at all , it only see's a Logic Level when we Move it to 24v through the push-button. it says the logic level is 0 to 24V in the Documentation, is there Something i have to Setup. ?

In this moment i don't know your circuit configuration, but probably you need a pull down resistor on the input, a 10K resistor to connect the pin to the ground should be fine, or maybe the problem is the value of the logic level used by the OPTA.

"24V logic" means that logic 1 is 24V, logic 0 is 0V.
The Opta data sheet should tell you where the intermediate cutoffs are.
