Logic protractor stepper motor chip

I am asking a chip that receives some input such as speed and heading then gives the second source whether it is another direction of heading; if it does, the stepper motor run slower with another direction. And another logic that receives the distance from a source of radio frequent to calculate by the same logic chips then interface it with the primary source. I am asking because it would require "a lot" of read/write processing power. That's the question I am asking for.

No such chip exists.

Hmm... Maybe I can using measurement of electric supply PWM to control, if greater width of heading between two points, one of them run slower; is it possible ?

A single chip computer, such as an Arduino, could be probably be programmed to do what you want.

I knows it already, but I prefer other method if it is possible because it saves processing power; therefore, I can use processing power to other purposes with the left pins.

Maybe it exists something similar to potentiometer ?

Look at the ATtiny85. You won't be wasting much processing power or pins with an ATtiny85.
